Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Kosher Raffles operates a marketplace where verified 501(c)(3) organizations run raffle and sweepstakes campaigns. We are not the sponsor of any individual campaign; the listed organization is.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and located in a jurisdiction where the campaign is permitted. You confirm your age at signup and at checkout, and we record that confirmation timestamp.

3. Entries and no purchase necessary

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Every campaign accepts a free alternate method of entry (AMOE) that carries the same weighted chance per entry as a paid ticket, subject to the campaign's Promotion Rules. Free entry is never limited to new users and is never conditioned on sharing, referrals, or account creation.

4. Platform fee

A platform fee of approximately 3% is shown as a separate line item at checkout. It is not part of your contribution to the organization and is not tax-deductible.

5. Public announcement of winners

By entering — free or paid — you consent to your display name and winning ticket number being published on the campaign's live-draw page and in the winners archive. We never publish legal names, emails, or mailing addresses without explicit opt-in.

6. Draws

Winner selection is performed by Kosher Raffles platform administrators using a weighted random draw seeded by a cryptographic random source. Organizations cannot trigger a draw on their own campaign.

7. Accounts and conduct

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information. Display names that impersonate the platform, an organization, or another person may be rejected or changed.

8. Limitation of liability and changes
