Refund & Cancellation Policy

Ticket purchases are final

Once a campaign has opened, ticket purchases are non-refundable. Entries are issued immediately and become part of the drawing pool, which cannot be unwound without affecting other entrants' odds.

Duplicate or erroneous charges

Contact support within 7 days. Verified duplicate charges are refunded in full through Stripe to the original payment method.

Cancelled campaigns

If an organization cancels a campaign before the draw, or if the platform removes a campaign during moderation, all ticket purchases for that campaign are refunded in full including the platform fee.

Cash-goal shortfalls

Each cash-goal (split-the-pot) campaign states a shortfall policy in its Promotion Rules — the drawing proceeds anyway, the campaign is extended, or the campaign is cancelled with refunds. The policy in force is the one published on that campaign's rules page at the time you entered.

Free entries

Free (AMOE) entries involve no payment and therefore no refund.
